Time out

Stress causes an inflammatory response, which in turn causes the body to release too much of the stress hormone cortisol.  This weakens our immune system which means we are more susceptible for infections.  Take just 3-4 minutes every hour, to focus on breathing slowly and clearing your mind.  Not only will it help your body it will de-clutter your mind too!
